The greater the amount of curing agent added silica gel reaction speed faster, the proportion of curing agent and silica gel at least not less than 1%. If the amount of curing agent added too little for a long time won't cure. Curing agent added less than 5% generally on silica gel hardness, tensile and tear strength will not have much impact.

1) amount of curing agent added 1%, 2.5 hours colloid is in flow, can release 6 to 8 hours.

(2) the amount of curing agent added 2%, 50 minutes to 1 hour and fluidity, Hugh will also can release 2 to 3 hours.

(3) amount of curing agent added 3%, 28 to 30 minutes colloid in flow, also can release 1.5-2 hours.

(4) amount of curing agent added 4%, 10-15 minutes colloid in flow, 1-1.5 hours can release.
